The part that does not scale
Your case load grew. The tools tracking it did not.
The list and the status live in different places
The case list is in a spreadsheet. The latest status is in a WhatsApp message from the clerk.
Two people, two answers
Two members of the team check the same matter and come back with different answers.
A date moves and the news travels slowly
A hearing date changes, and only the person who read the cause list that morning knows it.
The whole case load takes four people to describe
Nobody can give you the firm's complete position across every matter without asking around first.
What your team gets
One system holding every matter, date and document
One shared case tracker
Every matter, its stage and its next date, visible to the whole team in one place.
Hearing dates and deadlines
Track hearings, limitation periods and internal deadlines, with reminders before they land.
Case status everyone can see
The same status for every team member — no re-keying, no asking around.
Documents attached to the matter
Pleadings, orders and correspondence filed against the case they belong to.
AI document review
Read long documents faster and pull out what matters.
Works with what you already run
Connects to the tools your team uses today rather than replacing all of them.
Who it is built for
Built for teams that share a case load
Law firms with teams
Partners, associates and paralegals working the same matters across several courts and benches.
Corporate and in-house legal
Legal departments tracking litigation, notices and compliance alongside the business they support.
LPOs and legal service companies
Delivery teams running matter volume for multiple clients, each needing its own visibility.

Team onboarding
Role-based training for everyone who will use it, with a named contact through the first weeks.
Questions your team will ask
Before you book the call
How does it work with the systems and documents we already have?
Vidhaana connects to the tools your team already runs rather than asking you to replace all of them. Existing case lists, spreadsheets and document folders are imported during migration, and integrations are agreed during scoping so your team is not re-keying the same matter into two systems.
Can we control who sees which matter?
Yes. Access is role-based: you decide which teams, practice groups or individuals can see and edit each matter. Partners and department heads can be given a view across the whole case load while a team member sees only the matters assigned to them.
Where is our data stored, and who can access it?
India-based data hosting is available for organisations with DPDP Act data-location requirements. Access is limited to the people in your organisation you grant it to, and administrative access is auditable. Our security posture is documented on our certifications page.
How are our existing cases migrated?
Migration is part of onboarding, not something your team is left to do. We take your current case list, hearing dates and document set in whatever shape they are in — spreadsheets, folders, an existing system — map them to your matter types, and review the imported data with you before anyone works in it live.
Does it handle Indian court formats, cause lists and limitation periods?
Yes. The platform is built around Indian court practice: matters across the Supreme Court, High Courts, District Courts and tribunals including NCLT, NCLAT, SAT, ITAT and CESTAT, with limitation periods calculated under the Limitation Act 1963 and court holidays and vacation periods accounted for.
What does implementation involve for a team of our size?
It depends on how many matters you track and how many systems the data sits in today. Scoping establishes that before any commitment, and the demo call is where we size it for your team specifically. We would rather give you a real answer after seeing your setup than a number that turns out to be wrong.
How is it priced?
Priced per team, discussed on the demo call once we know your team size, matter volume and which modules you need. There is no self-serve tier — this is an enterprise deployment with migration and onboarding included.
Does Vidhaana give legal advice on our matters?
No. Vidhaana is software. It manages your cases, dates, documents and workflows, and assists your team in reading long documents faster. The legal judgement on every matter stays entirely with your team.
